How your preventive benefits work
Most PPO plans cover preventive care, including exams, cleanings and X-rays, at or near 100%, typically twice a year. Fillings, root canals and extractions are commonly covered at a percentage, and crowns, implants and dentures at a lower percentage up to your annual maximum. We'll show you the numbers in writing.
Use your benefits before they reset
Most dental plans reset on January 1, and unused benefits don't roll over. If you haven't had your cleanings this year, or you've been putting off treatment, book now to use what you've already paid for.
